How the Transfer Works

• From the airport to your hotel: After landing and collecting your luggage, exit the terminal — your driver will be waiting for you with a sign displaying your first and last name. The driver will meet you, escort you to the vehicle, and take you directly to your hotel.

• From your hotel to the airport: You can choose your preferred departure time. We recommend allowing enough time for flight check-in, possible traffic delays, the distance to the airport, and airport security procedures. We will help you calculate the optimal pick-up time taking all these factors into account. At the scheduled time, the driver will meet you at your hotel reception and take you directly to Antalya Airport.

Vehicle Options

The vehicle is selected according to the number of passengers and the amount of luggage.

• Mercedes Vito — for 1–6 passengers
  A comfortable option for private or family transfers and small groups. The vehicle can comfortably accommodate up to 4 large suitcases.
• Mercedes Sprinter — for 1–14 passengers
  A spacious option for families and groups travelling with more passengers and luggage.

Payment

You can pay for your private transfer in advance when booking or directly to the driver upon meeting.

To book a transfer, please provide the number of passengers, amount of luggage, hotel name, flight number and date, arrival or departure date, as well as the first and last name to be displayed on the meeting sign.
