How the Transfer Works

• From the airport to your hotel: After landing and collecting your luggage, exit the terminal, where your driver will be waiting for you with a sign displaying your first and last name. The driver will escort you to your vehicle and take you directly to your hotel.
• From your hotel to the airport: You choose your preferred departure time. We recommend allowing enough time for flight check-in, possible traffic, the distance to the airport, and security procedures. We can help you calculate the optimal departure time. At the scheduled time, your driver will meet you at the hotel reception and take you directly to Antalya Airport.

Vehicle Options

The vehicle is selected according to the number of passengers and the amount of luggage.

• Mercedes Vito — for 1–6 passengers
  A comfortable option for individual and family transfers or small groups. The vehicle can comfortably accommodate up to 4 large suitcases.
• Mercedes Sprinter — for 1–14 passengers
  A spacious option for families and larger groups traveling with more passengers and luggage.
• Mercedes Maybach Luxury — for 1–5 passengers
  A premium option for a private transfer with an enhanced level of comfort. Ideally suited for up to 3 large suitcases.
• For groups of more than 14 passengers
  Contact us, and we will arrange a suitable vehicle and provide an individual price.

Payment

You can pay for your private transfer in advance when booking or directly to the driver upon meeting.

To book your transfer, please provide the number of passengers, amount of luggage, hotel name, flight number and date, arrival or departure date, and the first and last name to be displayed on the driver’s meeting sign.
